Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative laminated board which can be easily filmed and requires less labor load and is suitable for mass-production.
In the method for manufacturing a decorative laminated board based on a film formation process, the film spreading method is such that a thermoplastic resin film 3 for finishing a decorative face is fused on a metal frame 1 with the periphery covered with a thermoplastic resin sheet 2. A polyvinyl chloride sheet is used as the thermoplastic resin sheet 2 and a saturated polyester film is used as the thermoplastic resin film 3 and further these materials are fused by high frequency or ultrasonic wave.
