Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative material-faced concrete product which proves high productivity as low cost and enables a flat joint part to be finished without retouching it using a trowel with a presentable look and an excellent striking of a surface decorative material.
CONSTITUTION: This method for manufacturing a decorative material-surfaced concrete product is characteristic of flattening concrete into a molding frame, then spreading a mortar with high fluidity over this concrete and further, laying decorative materials over the mortar so that the materials appear on the surface.
