Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a highly designed decorative plate with a desired pattern only on a protrusion of a decorative plate base material having a fine uneven part on a large protrusion by providing a primary coat on the entire material, mounting an adhesive layer only on the protrusion and a transfer sheet on the adhesive layer, pressing to transfer it by a hot roll, and then transferring a printed layer of the sheet in which the base sheet is peeled to the protrusion.
CONSTITUTION: A primary coat is provided on an entire decorative plate base material having a large uneven part and fine uneven parts on protrusions on a surface, adhesive layers are provided only on the large protrusions, transfer sheets are provided on the adhesive layers, and a print layer of the transfer sheet in which a base sheet is pressed to be transferred by a soft hot roll and then peeled is transferred only to the large protrusions. That is, the decorative plate base material 41, the primary coat 42, the adhesive layer 43 and the print layer 44 are sequentially laminated. Thus, since recesses of the material do not have the adhesive layer and the protrusions have the adhesive layers, a desired pattern can be provided by printing only on the protrusions by a simple method, a decorative plate similar to tiles or bricks of true ones or a decorative plate having feel of a design capable of expressing only by printing can be provided.
