PURPOSE: To improve taste and aptitude for fabrication by a method wherein a printing pattern layer and a primer layer are successively laminated on mixingly manufactured paper and after applying polyvinyl chloride resin on the surface, it is made to get by heating and a surface on the printing pattern layer side is embossed.
CONSTITUTION: At first, a printing pattern layer and a primer layer are successively laminated on an upper surface of mixingly manufactured paper. Then, polyvinyl chloride resin is applied in a paste state onto an upper surface of a laminated material. Thereafter, the polyvinyl chloride is made to gel by heating and a surface on the printing pattern layer sidle is embossed. A sheet composed of paper and the vinyl chloride resin can be processed thereby on the surface of the sheet with embossing which is abundant in taste because of a large vertical difference between a projection and a recess. Further, good aptitude for fabrication wherein troubles such as crack or the like are difficult to occur can be added even to an angular state base material which is difficult to be laminated.
