Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing device of a deformed cross section bar stock which rolls the deformed cross section stock stably and uniformly, which has a high degree of freedom in the positional relation with the feeding route of a plate bar stock and which has few restriction in the installing condition in the producing device of the deformed cross section bar to produce the deformed cross section bar stock R from a plate bar stock with plural numbers of rolling rolls and dies.
SOLUTION: Plural rolling rolls 4... are arranged in a radiation like on the turning track L by directing the turning axial line C toward the external circumference side from the internal circumference side of the turning track L formed on the horizontal plane and these are made freely turning along this turning track L. The turning track L is made preferably into a circle track by arranging the rolling rolls 4... on the external circumferential part of a turning table 3 of rotating around the axial center 0, or it is also made preferably into an elliptical shape having straight track parts Ls. Further, plural dies 5 are arranged also preferably in an interval on the turning track L.
