Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device to automatically peel off a specified part of a coated lead wire used for a flange pin.
CONSTITUTION: In the coated lead wire 44 fed for every specified quantity by a coated wire feed part 46, heater tips 76 and 76a to heat under driving operation of an automatic peeling-off part 48 are displaced in the arow direction and an insulating coating film of the specified part of the coated lead wire 44 is peeled off. The peeled-off part on which a lead wire part is exposed is cut into the specified length by cutters 96a and 96b.
