In a needle caulking device 20, dice supporting members 101 and 102 provided with caulking dices 111 and 112 to be mutually brought closer and separated are respectively provided with suture guiding plates 95 and 96 and the respective suture guiding plates 95 and 96 are provided with suture guiding grooves 95a, and 96a. Then, in a state where both caulking dices 111 and 112 are at caulking preparation positions to be contact pr close to the needle rear end before actually caulking the needle rear end, both suture guiding plates 95 and 96 are brought into contact or closer with each other and the suture guiding grooves 95a and 96a form a tapered suture insertion hole.
