Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a die for extrusion processing with which a precision material to be formed that requires high precision such as cylinder parts are extruded with high accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: After a temporary working die 2 is made which is left with correction width 5 for a prescribed thickness, extrusion is performed using this temporary working die 2; and based on the shape and dimension of the cross section of the material 8 thus obtained, the final working for correction is performed on the temporary working die 2 by utilizing the correction width 5.
