PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the manufacturing process by forming ground electrodes on the flanks and top and reverse surfaces of a laminate surrounding a strip line conductor and a dielectric covering them through a series of stacking processes.
SOLUTION: A dielectric 1a as the reverse surface part of the laminate is printed at specific thickness. Then a lower-layer side ground electrode 3a is printed. Then the printing of the ground electrodes 3b on both the flanks and the ground electrode 3c on the end surface and the printing of dielectrics 1b to 1d are repeated alternately. Then the strip line conductor 2 and the ground electrodes 3b and 3c on the flanks and end parts united with the strip line conductor 2 are printed. Then the printing of dielectrics 1b to 1d and the printing of the ground electrodes 3b and 3c are performed alternately and then a ground electrode 3d as an upper layer and a dielectric 1e on the top surface are printed. Cutting is performed so that both the ends of the strip line conductor 2 are exposed at both the ends and the ground electrodes of the side wall part 3b and inner wall part 3c are not exposed on the flank of the chip, which is baked.
