Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for metallizing the inner face of a resonator hole which is a troublesome work, to reduce the man-hour, to improve the reliability and to attain superminiaturization.

CONSTITUTION: An inner conductor electrode 14 withstanding a raw material sintering temperature is inserted to a hole 12 of a formed part 10 made of a low temperature sintering dielectric material, the formed part is sintered as it is to an inner face of the hole and an inner conductor electrode are adhered and integrated, an outer conductor electrode 18 is formed to an outer face of the sintered material 16 to adopt a λ/4 coaxial structure. The outer conductor electrode 18 may be formed by coating conductive paste to the outer face of the forming 10, sintering the formed part 10 and baking it at the same time. Or the inner conductor electrode 14 is set in a die, the inner conductor electrode 14 is set in the die and slurry of the low temperature sintering dielectric material is supplied around the electrode 14, the inside of the die is dehydrated and the formed part is removed from the die and then sintered.
