Abstract:
To provide a manufacture of a disc pad, for drastically decreasing squeal characteristics such as squeal noise.
In this manufacturing method of a disc pad, disc pads 1 are installed on a rotary drum 2 provided with a rotating mechanism or on a belt conveyor to be moved by the rotary drum, and the disk pads are heated at the temperatures by flame 3 to be radiated from the outside of the rotary drum 2 toward the rotary body central part so that a maximum value of the front surface temperature in a friction member of the disc pad 1 may be in the range of 600 to 1500°C.
