PURPOSE: To obtain the dish with high profile irregularity with good efficiency by integrally forming an outer periphery reinforcing flange part and the mesh part for vent hole, by acting a fluid pressure via a metal plate by using a press, etc. for the metal plate to be worked with a vent hole.
CONSTITUTION: The plate 1 to be worked integrating an annular plate part 2 and metal plate part 3 with mesh hole for vent hole 4 and the holeless metal plate 5 with similar outer diameter thereto are placed at the fixed position of the above of a superposition receiving die 15. A fitting reinforcing part 6 and flange reinforcing part are respectively formed on said plate 1 and plate 5 between the clamp part 14 of the outer peripheral part of the spherical shell shaped curved face 12 and the clamp receiving part 16 of the die 15 by descending the upper die 11 and the closing is simultaneously performed by clamping by holding the pressing force of the press. The pressing fluid is simultaneously connected to a fluid connection port 17, said plate 1 is expanded via the plate 5, the plate 1 is pushed to said curved face 12 and the plate 5 and plate 1 are separated after forming.
