PURPOSE: To obtain the nondisposable slipper at a low manufacturing cost by forming it simultaneously by continuing a cover part and a bottom part in a state that a foot inserting cover part and a stepping face bottom part of the slipper are bent to the outside on the center line, respectively.

CONSTITUTION: By pressing a tube 1 by rolls 2, 2, a flat tube 1a is formed. While feeding it out successively, the flat tube 1a is cut whit a cutter 3 having two pieces of blades 3a, 3b. A detached trimmed part 4a becomes a double superposed state by having the upper bend edge 2a which becomes the center bend part 7 of a foot inserting cover part 5 in the upper end cut in cover forming parts 5a, 5b, and also, having the lower bend edge 2b which becomes the center bend part 8 of a stepping face bottom part 6 in the lower end cut in a toe side bottom part forming part 6a and a heel side bottom part forming part 6b. When this trimmed part 4a is spread out, a slipper 4 in which the foot inserting cover part 5 in which width of the center is an interval (m) and the stepping face bottom part 6 having almost the same width n' as width of a foot are continued and formed integrally is obtained.
