PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicinal agent containing the subject new compound as active ingredient, to be used in treating tachykinin-involved pathological phenomena such as pain, allergy, inflammation, circulatory dysfunction, digestive tract disorder and circulatory disorder.
SOLUTION: This medicinal agent contains a compound of formula I [Ar is a monocyclic, bicycide or tricyclic aromatic or heteroaromatic group; T is a direct bond, hydroxymethylene group, etc.; Ar' is a nonsubstituted phenyl, a halogen, trifluoromethyl, etc.; R is H, a 1-4C alkyl, a 1-4C ω-alkoxy-1-4C alkyl, etc.; Q is H, etc.; Am+ is a radical of formula II (X1 to X3 are each an aza bicyclic or aza tricyclic group in combination with an N-atom bound thereto); Am- is a pharmaceutically permissible anion] such as 1-[3-(3,4- dichlorophenyl)-4-(N-methyl-3-isopropoxyphenylacetylamino)butyl]-4-phenyl-1- azoniabicyclo[2.2.2.]octane chloride.
