Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject ecological and recyclable material from a powder obtained by grinding dried fruit skins.
CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by grinding dried fruit skins (desirably almond shells) to form a powder, adding stearic acid or a paraffin (C) together with a product (B) which leads to a thermoplastic material to component A, mixing the components at the final stage in a suitable mixer at a speed of 32,000 rpm for 1-5 min during which times the material is compression-molded in a mold suitable for the aimed object at a temperature of 160-200°C under a pressure of 800-1,500 ton or injection-molded at a temperature of 160-200°C under a pressure of 1,700-3,000 kg (for a treatment time of 15 sec).
