Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the activation energy on electric conduction and improve the electric conductivity at a high temperature by flame-spraying an electric- conductivity ceramic flame spraying raw material to form a flame spray film, then heat-treating it.

CONSTITUTION: An electric-conductivity ceramic flame spray raw material such as an ion conductor, an electron conductor, or a mixed conductor of them is flame-sprayed to form a flame spray film, and the flame spray film is heat- treated. The heat treatment includes the heat treatment of the flame spray film and part of a substrate as required and the uniform heat treatment of the flame spray film and the whole substrate as required. The heating method includes the heating by an electric furnace and the heating by a laser beam and the like, and the uniform heat treatment of the flame spray film and the whole substrate as required in the electric furnace is particularly preferable among them. The activation energy of the electric-conductivity ceramic film can be reduced, and the electric conductivity near the electric conductivity of a powder sintered body at a high temperature can be provided.
