PURPOSE: To obtain at a low cost an electric winding which has raised strength of a metallurgical connection softening range, by setting in advance a plate thickness of a range softened by a metallurgical connection of an electric conductor, to the same thickness of a regular part, and executing its bending and hardening.
CONSTITUTION: Plural hard copper electric conductors 4 are connected metallurgically, and wound in a prescribed shape. A plate thickness of a softening range of a metallurgical connecting part 6 of this electric winding is set in advance to the same thickness of a regular part. After the connection, it is bent and deformed 13 by a hydraulic jack 12, etc., returned to its original state again, and work hardened. Strength of the surface is raised especially by said bending and work hardening, and so to the inside, too, its strength is raised to some extent. This method is suitable for manufacturing an electric winding for generating a large electromagnetic force by an electric conduction of a large current.
