PURPOSE: To obtain the titled sheet excellent in conductivity and flexibility, by dispersing a vinyl chloride type resin, a plasticizer and carbon black in specified proportions into water, applying the thus prepared suspension on a surface releasing base material such as a metal thin sheet, heating the thus coated film to be melted and cooling it.
CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin (A), 20W80pts.wt. plasticizer (B) (e.g. dioctyl phthalate, etc.), 3W50pts.wt. carbon black (C) and, if required, a resin additive are dispersed in water to prepared a suspension having a solid content of 40W60wt%. The suspension is applied on a surface releasing base material (e.g. a metal thin sheet, paper, or the like) to form a coated film, and then the coated film is heated generally to a temperature of 170W260°C to be molted, and then is cooled to obtain the intended sheet.
EFFECT: Kneading is not required, and the structure of carbon black is not destroyed.
