Abstract:
PURPOSE: To precisely bend the core exposed part of an electrode plate with a light force.
CONSTITUTION: A support point member is arranged on one surface of the core exposed part of an electrode plate, and a bending member is arranged on the other surface. The core exposed part is nipped by the bending member and the support point member, the bending member is rotated along the surface of the support point member, and the core exposed part is bent at a determined curvature radius along the surface of the support point member by the bending member. Thus, the core exposed part can be precisely bent by rotating the bending member with a weak force. Further, since the core exposed part can be naturally bent smooth, a damage in a coating part at bending can be minimized.
