Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the sealing ability between electrodes and lining material so as to surely prevent liquid leakage by integrally molding the electrode and lining material. CONSTITUTION:A measurement pipe 1 is put in a molding mold 6 having a core 7 and a cavity 11 is formed of the internal wall surface 9 of the pipe 1, external side face 10 of a flange, and mold 6. Then, after filling the cavity with a lining material 12 melted by heating, electrodes 4 and 5 and the lining material 12 are integrally molded by pulling out molds 13 for electrode inserting holes from electrode fitting holes 4 and 5 and pressing the electrodes formed by mixing a powdery conductive material into a base material which is the same as the molter lining material 12 from the holes 4 and 5.
