Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for electromagnetic control bearing in which electromagnetic force generating means are set on the outer peripheral surface of a bearing, in order to decentralize the clearance between a shaft and a bearing in the desired direction at a speed higher than a specific speed, and to provide a brushless DC motor using such a method.
SOLUTION: A jig 30a with the inner diameter same as the outer diameter of a bearing 11a, and having an inlet at least at one side, is provided, electromagnets, 20 to be electromagnetic force generating means are provided on the same axis inside the jig 30a through the inlet of the jig 30a, the bearing 11a is set inside the electromagnetic force generating means, a resin is input between the jig 30a and the bearing 11a and hardened, the electromagnetic force generating means and the bearing 11a are fixed each other, and after the inner diameter of the bearing 11a is processed, the electromagnetic force generating means and the bearing 11a conbined each other are separated from the jig 30a, and an electromagnetic control bearing is completed.
