Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing an electron emission element, an electron source, a display panel, and an image forming device at low cost by simplifying a process for manufacturing a thin film for formation of an electron emission part.
CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an electron emission element having a conductive film 4 forming an electron emission part 5 between electrodes 2, 3 is described. Processes for forming the conductive film where the electron emission part is formed include a process in which an aqueous solution containing an ionic organometallic compound is formed into droplets and imparted onto the substrate and a process for heating the aqueous solution imparted.
