Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing an epoxy resin injection molded product capable of making product quality stable by controlling the concentration of ion components generated during adjusting of an epoxy molding resin and precisely controlling the reactivity of the resin.
SOLUTION: An epoxy resin and an inorganic filling material are placed in a main agent mixing tank 1 and mixed by a stirring fan 3 driven by a motor 2. During this time, the dielectric characteristics of the resin being mixed is detected by a dielectric characteristic detecting part 15 connected to a sensor 14. A stirring control part 4 controls the rotational speed of the fan 3 based on the determination of the detecting part 15 and keeps constant the ion concentration of the resin being mixed. This main agent is mixed with a hardening agent by a final mixer 6 and sent in to an injection type metallic mold 10. The injection type control part 19 of the metallic mold 10 controls a heater 13 by a signal from the detecting parts 15 and 17 and sets the reaction temperature and hardening time of the resin. Thus, an injection molded product stable in quality without any mechanical or electrical defects is provided.
