To improve the productivity of a sheet with an excellent appearance without nap falling or the like by setting a facing material and a cushion pad body interposed with a hot melt adhesive between a lower mold for vacuum suction and an upper mold provided with many heating fluid supply holes and holding them by reforming the vacuum suction and supplying heating fluid.
The facing material 21 is set on the mold surface of the lower mold 2, the adhesive 22 is interposed on it and the cushion pad body 20 is mounted. Then, the upper mold 1 is lowered, mold clamping is performed, both molds 1 and 2 are pressurized and heated and the facing material 21 and the cushion pad body 20 are joined by the adhesive 22. In this case, hot blast is supplied from the heating fluid supply holes 3 of the upper mold 1 through the air permeable cushion pad 20, the adhesive 22 is heated and adhesion ability is imparted. In the meantime, by the vacuum suction by the lower mold 2, the cushion pad body 20 and the facing material 21 are bonded by the adhesive 22 without heating the facing material 21. In such a manner, the sheet is produced without nap falling or the like.
