PURPOSE: To improve both orientation property of magnetic powder and charg ing property to a die during dry magnetic field formation.
CONSTITUTION: Primary powder of Ba ferrite or Sr ferrite and organic binder are kneaded and a sheet-like molded body is acquired by mechanical orientation method. Rolling method is suitable for mechanical orientation; however, extruding molding method can be also adopted. Debinder treatment is performed for an anisotropic sheet or a sheet lamination to form anisotropic granulated powder through grinding and sizing. Molding and sintering are performed by a dry magnetic field formation method by using the anisotropic granulated powder. The debinder treatment can be performed after grinding the sheet-like molded body or the lamination. A magnetic field direction applied during dry magnetic field formation is arbitrary and a shape for a magnet product is also arbitrary.
