PURPOSE: To obtain a high-strength cement molded body by performing neither hurting nor cutting of an organic fiber, by a method wherein a crystalline calcium silicate fine powdery body, inorganic matter powdery body and water-soluble high-molecular substance are mixed rockably by adding the organic fiber after they are uniformly mixed.
CONSTITUTION: When a crystalline calcium silicate fine powdery body is mixed into water in the first process, since the fine powdery body is superior in underwater dispersibility, dispersions can be obtained easily. Then rocking mixture is performed by adding an inorganic powdery body and water-soluble high-molecular substance to the dispersions obtained in the first process, in the second process. Then the organic fiber becomes slurry by being dispersed uniformly in the third process without being hurted or cut by performing rocking mixture by adding an organic fiber to a viscous mixed solution obtained in the second process. A molding material where cement particulates are dispersed easily among a crystalline calcium silicate fine powdery body, an inorganic matter powdery body and organic fibers is obtained in the fourth process by performing the rocking mixture again by adding cement to the slurry obtained in the third process.
