Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a concrete composite in which bubble shapes are stabilized, manufacture can be done relatively inexpensively, and bending strength in the order of that of conventional similar products can be obtained.
CONSTITUTION: A manufacture of a fiber reinforced lightweight concrete composite comprises a process of mixing cement and thickener and subsequently blending fiber material thereto, a process mixing and kneading water and cyclo dextrin to the mixture, a process of blending and kneading yeast fermented in a solution of sugar and, after that, molding the kneaded matter, and a process of releasing and curing a molding.
