Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent crack of a body insulation and to improve the heat sink property of a field pole by filling glass beads in the gap between a field core and a field coil, and sealing the entire peripheral surface with sealing varnish. CONSTITUTION:A coil of the state wound with a glass tape is contained in an unimpregnated field coil 4 in a body of a field core 1 of substantially projecting shape in section. Resin leakage is prevented from the lower part of a gap between the core 1 and the coil 4 with sealing putty 5. Then, glass beads are filled between the core 1 nand the coil 4, and the entirety is sealed with sealing varnish 7 except the upper impregnating port. Thereafter, the entirety is filled in a vacuum pressurizing container, and synthetic resin is impregnated in vacuum or under pressure, thereby obtaining a body insulation.
