PURPOSE: To obtain the captioned sheet which is excellent in lateral manual tearing property and has no whitening phenomenon peculiar to a styrene layer by a method wherein a laminated sheet of a polypropylene sheet and a butadiene-containing styrene sheet is stretched at a specific magnification.

CONSTITUTION: A laminated sheet composed of (A) a polypropylene sheet and (B) a styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (the contents of butadiene are preferred to be 60 or less % by weight) or a styrene sheet with butadiene contents of 4W13wt% which is made up of a mixture of the said copolymer and polystyrene is stretched at the stretching magnification which satisfies conditions of a formula 2≤M<T when M is the longitudinal stretching magnification and T is the lateral one. The stretching temperature is preferred to be 120W165°C and moreover the stretching magnification is preferred to use a formula 4<M×T≤56.
