CONSTITUTION: Binding agent 6 is applied to necessary parts of a carrier take with a mask 4 put at a predetermined position, a metal foil 9 is laminated by a laminator 10 on a metal foil, and the applied parts of the metal foil 9 are half cut by a half cut press 1 to eliminate the residual parts of the metal foil. In addition, an insulation film is laminated by a heat roll laminator on the carrier tape 2, and a conductor part 12 attached to the carrier tape 2 is applied to the insulation film, and the carrier tape 2 is wound around a carrier eliminating roll to be eliminated.
