PURPOSE: To facilitate joining and shorten time for assembling by boring a longitudinal groove at the outside face of a frame at the time of formation so as to insert a lead terminal into the longitudinal terminal.

CONSTITUTION: This is a united body of a frame 10 and a lead terminal member 13, formed by molding with resin, and at this formation plural longitudinal grooves 12 are formed corresponding to the position of each lead terminal 13 toward the lower part position of a lead terminal member at the outside face of the frame 10. And the rear end part of the lead terminal member is cut into a proper dimention and further each lead terminal 13 is bent downward and then inserted into the longitudinal groove 12. Accordingly, the lead terminal 13 is positioned vertically and each lead terminal is drawn up without inclination projecting each lower part from the bottom face. Hereby, at installation to equipment, the lead terminal 13 never opens or contacts with each other, so installation work can be done easily and assembling work becomes possible to be shortened.
