Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the durability and the efficiency percentage by bonding an A ring to the surface of a magnetic layer and forming a lubricating layer.
CONSTITUTION: When a lubricating layer 3 is formed on a surface, to which a magnetic layer 2 is formed, on a high molecular film 4, A rings are bonded previously to the surface, and the layer 3 is formed. The A rings 8 have a double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive tape or adhesive. Accordingly, the magnetic layer 2 and the A rings 8 are bonded firmly, and the efficiency percentage of a recording medium is improved when the layer 3 is formed subsequently.
