Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method, by which the density uniformity of a polyurethane resin buffering body can be improved.
CONSTITUTION: At the manufacturing of foamed polyurethane resin buffering body 2a by pouring foamed polyurethane resin stock 2 in a forming mold 1 in order to reaction-harden the stock 2 under the predetermined temperature condition, the stock 2 is poured in the mold 1, the temperature of which is controlled to be higher than the temperature of the stock at the pouring into the mold 1 by 0 to +30°C, for the reaction-hardening.
