Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a foiled laminated steel plate having a flat surface by a method wherein after an adhesive resin film and a metallic foil have been laminated, hot press bonding is performed by turning the foregoing resin film to a surface side of a hoop.

CONSTITUTION: A prelaminated body 7 is manufactured by performing prelamination of a resin film 1 sent out of a coil 4 and a metallic foil 2 sent out of a coil 5 by a cold roll 6. Then the prelaminated body 7 is sent to the surface of a steel hoop 3 and laminated to the heated steel hoop 3 by a hot press bonding roll 8. On that occasion, as the prelaminated body 7 is of a two- layer structure of the resin film 1 and metallic foil 2, transformations of the resin film 1 and metallic foil 2 are decreased sharply. Consequently, a foiled laminated body 9 whose surface properties are extremely excellent can be obtained.
