PURPOSE: To omit the smell proper to polyolefin, while the fragrant material fixed on the surface is operated by a method in which in the stage where the thermoplastic resin of a formed boxlike body is yet in high temperature state, the boxlike body is sprayed with the fragrant material and the fragrant material is fixed thereon.

CONSTITUTION: The cavity of a female mold is covered with a thermoplastic resin sheet, while the thermoplastic resin sheet is kept in softened state. Strictly, the thermoplastic resin sheet is preliminarily heated to prescribed temperature, and then the cavity of a female mold may be covered with the thermoplastic resin sheet. Next, the pressure in the cavity is reduced, and a boxlike body is formed according to the shape of the cavity. Before the temperature of polyolefin is sufficiently lowered, thus obtained boxlike body is sprayed with fragrant material. Definitely e.g. a through liquid path 2 is preliminarily provided in a core 1, and the surface of the boxlike body 4 in the cavity 3 is preferably sprayed with the fragrant material through the through liquid path 2. The fragrant material for spray is preferably the light volume solution in which light volume is dissolved in suitable solvent.
