Abstract:
PURPOSE:To form a liner of high quality by attaching a cap to a mouth of a rubber bottle formed into the same shape as that of the inner surface of a pressure vessel to form a rubber liner, filling molten wax in the rubber liner and solidifying the molten wax. CONSTITUTION:For instance, a cap 3 is attached to a mouth 2 of a generally cocoon shaped rubber bottle 1 having the same shape as that of the inner surface of a generally cocoon shaped pressure vessel to form a rubber liner 4. The cap 3 comprises a ring-shaped male clamp 3a fitted in around the mouth 2 and a female clamp 3b fitted in the inner peripheral surface of the mouth 2 and screwed with the male clam 3a. The cap 3 clamps the mouth of a bottle 1 by the clamper 3a and the female clamp 3b and seals the same. Then, molten wax 5 is filled in the liner 4 and solidified. The solidified wax 5 is reinforced with an elastic rubber liner 4 from inside and protects the rubber liner 4.
