An interlayer 1 is used for a bottom laying material, an intelayer or an upper face protective cover at the time of positioning and packaging fruits such as pears, apples, peaches and the like, and a foamed plastic cylindrical net material extruded from a plurality of extrusion channels formed on respective slide faces of an outer die and an inner die rotated slidingly in the direction opposite each other is crushed flat to both upper and lower nets 3 and 4 bonded together by heat fusion bonding or a bonding agent and form a double net structure.
