PURPOSE: To support a metal pipe material by means of a core at the time of molding by preventing the same from getting crook deformed because of resin pressure by setting the relationship between the metal pipe material to be inserted by molding and the core of a mold properly.

CONSTITUTION: A metal pipe material 5 with square section is provided and three openings 6, 6, 6 are formed on the positions corresponding to respective injection valve mounting sections 3 of the metal pipe material 5. Then, first crooked pipes 7 crooked outwardly all over the whole length from top to bottom on the upstream side opening end sides of respective openings 6 are formed in the fuel forced transfer direction, while second crooked pieces 8 crooked inwardly all over the whole length from top to bottom on the downstream open ends of respective openings in the fuel compressive transfer direction are formed respectively. After that, the metal pipe material 5 is inserted into two slits 11, 11 formed on a core 10 and set in a cavity 12 of a mold 9. Then, a resin molding material is injected into the cavity 12 of the mold 9 and released out of the mold 9 after being cooled and solidified, and a fuel distribution pipe 1 on which cylindrical injection valve mounting sections 3, 3, 3 are integrally formed is manufactured.
