Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the uneven coating of a galvannealed steel sheet consisting of the steel sheet added with P as the base sheet.
CONSTITUTION: The base material of the steel sheet uses a continuously cast extralow-carbon steel slab having ≤0.040% P content. Concn. difference caused by the concn. of P at the recessed part of oscillation mark on the slab is satisfied at ≤0.100% to reduce the partial concn. of P, and at the time of galvannealing, galvannealing rate is uniformized at each part.
