Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for golf balls capable of omitting primer treatment without impairing adhesiveness and thus showing superior productivity.
Immediately after a main agent containing polyol and a curing agent containing polyisocyanate which compose a two-pack urethane coating are mixed, the coating is coated on the surface of a golf ball mainbody. No primer treatment prior to coating is applied to the surface of the golf ball mainbody. Time elapse from mixing of the main agent and the curing agent to coating is within 20 minutes. The main agent containing urethane polyol is used.
