Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture the titled steel sheet, by hot rolling silicon steel slab having a specified compsn. under a specified condition, next applying at least ≥one time cold rolling to the plate up to final thickness, decarburization annealing, then the final annealing to the sheet.

CONSTITUTION: Silicon steel slab contains, by wt%, 0.01W0.06 C, 3.1W4.5 Si, 0.01W0.2 Mn, 0.003W0.1 Mo, 0.005W0.2 Sb, 0.005W0.1 one or two kinds of S, Se. In the course where the slab is subjected to 5W40% draft at 900W1,250°C, compd. contg. Mo is adhered on surface of material to be rolled to form the layer in which concn. of Mo is raised near the surface, then the slab is reheated to ≥1,270°C and the final hot rolling is proceeded again. Next, at least ≥one time cold rolling is applied to the plate up to final thickness, then decarburization annealing, next the final annealing are applied.
