Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain excellent light emission strength and luminance saturability by improving the conventional method for producing a zinc-attached active zinc oxide phosphor.
CONSTITUTION: In a method for producing a zinc-attached active zinc oxide phosphor, when the raw materials are mixed, zinc ions are added to the base material. Thus, the light emission of the phosphor is made uniform throughout thereof, the light emission luminance is improved far more than that of the prior phosphor, and the luminance saturation is eliminated. It is stable in the environment during the process for the production of fluorescent display tubes and has a long life span.
