Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture a grid reflector antenna with superior size accuracy and high reliability and with resulting superior workability, by providing manufacturing processes of metallic foil sticking substrate molding, resist coating, laser exposure, development, etching, and assembling.

CONSTITUTION: In the manufacturing process, firstly, from a metallic foil layer 18 to a fourth skin 25 are manufactured in a metallic foil sticking substrate molding process of a first stage, and next, a photosensitive resist layer 17 is provided on the surface of the layer 18 in a resist coating process. Next, in a laser exposure process, the layer 17 is decomposited by projecting a laser beam 27 emitted from a laser oscillator 26 and controlled in a prescribed size via a reflection mirror 28 and a condenser lens 29 on the layer 17 formed on the surface of a reflector antenna 30. Following that, in a developing process, the layer 17 of the non-exposure part of the antenna 30 is eliminated, and in an etching process, an exposed layer 18 is removed, and the decomposited resist of an exposure part is welded and removed. Then, two antenna 30 are manufactured, and are assembled so as to cross metallic patterns orthogonally with each other. In such a way, it is possible to manufacture the grid reflector antenna with superior size accuracy and high reliability.
