PURPOSE: To lengthen service life of abrasive by burrying abrasive directly into base material then cooling quickly to be held firmly to the base material thereby blocking dispersion during usage.

CONSTITUTION: A metallic base material 1 is passed in a high temperature furnace 2 to soften the surface thermally then powder abrasive 3 composed of diamonds is ejected through nozzles 4, 6 forcefully toward the surface of said material 1. Thereafter, said material 1 is pulled forcefully from a die 5 burried with abrasive to press the abrasive 3 adhered to the surface of said material 1 with external force and burry into the surface. Then said material 1 is cooled quickly by spray through nozzle 6 to engage the base 1 and abrasive 3 tightly to hold the abrasive firmly in the base material 1.
