PURPOSE: To improve the manufacturing efficiency of a handle, by forming a handle supporting body with a bearing part and a handle body with a bearing part, as one body by a joint part, cutting them off from the joint part, and cut- working so that each bearing part projects alternately.

CONSTITUTION: When manufacturing a handle of a folding door, first of all, a handle supporting body 11 provided with a bearing part 14 and a handle body 3 provided with a bearing part 15 are extruded and formed so as to be formed as one body by a joint part 18. From this joint part 18, the handle supporting body 11 and the handle body 3 are cut off, and cutting is performed so that each bearing part 14, 15 projects alternately. Subsequently, on each bearing part 14, 15, shaft holes 19, 20 are pierce-provided, respectively. A spring body 17 is incorporated in it, each bearing part 14, 15 is fitted, and a shaft body 16 is inserted through the shaft holes 19, 20, by which a hinge part 13 is formed. In this way, a handle which forms as one body the handle body 3 and the handle supporting body 11 is obtained.
