PURPOSE: To secure concentricity of an electrode head part and a shaft, and easily mass-produce heart pacemaker electrodes having high dimensional accuracy by diffusively sintering electrodes to a ceramic jig under a specific condition after they are sintered under a specific condition by filling granular materials such as platinum metal in recessed parts of a first jig.
CONSTITUTION: After granular materials of Pt metal or Pt alloy are filled in semispherical recessed parts 2 arranged at constant intervals on an upper surface of a first carbonic jig 1, a second jig 5 having pores 4 bored at the same pitch with the recessed parts 2 is placed on the jig 1. Next, after shafts 6 of Pt metal or Pt or Pt alloy are inserted in the respective pores 4, a third jig 7 is placed on the second jig 5, and the shafts 6 are pushed in the granular materials in the recessed parts 2, and are stabilized, and heights are properly arranged. Afterwards, after they are sintered at 1100 to 1200°C in a vacuum or inert gas atmosphere by an electric furnace, electrodes are taken out, and are arranged on a ceramic jig, and are diffusively sintered at a temperature of 1200 to 1500°C in the atmosphere or a vacuum by the electric furnace.
