Abstract:

To provide methods for manufacture and others of a member having high reliability in respect to maintenance of prescribed performances irrespective of environmental conditions and being used for a method for water interception.

A first layer member 52' and a second layer member 53' constituted of nonwoven fabric or the like and shaped like a sheet are prepared. Asphalt being melted by heating, the first layer member 52' is impregnated therewith to both surfaces and thereby an impregnated member 52" is prepared. The impregnated member 52" is made to exert the adhesion by keeping it at a one-surface adhesion exerting temperature or above and is pressure-welded with one surface of the second layer member 53' in a state of close contact and thereby a laminated member 51 is prepared. The laminated member 51 is cooled down to a temperature lower than the adhesion exerting temperature.
