PURPOSE: To manufacture a heat exchanger of pipe-on-sheet structure excellent in heat exchanging efficiency by piling a metallic or synthetic resin plate, a heat exchanging pipe and a corrugated aluminium foil sheet having adhesive in this order on a press stand and pressing by a press punch.
CONSTITUTION: Adhesive is coated on an aluminium foil sheet 5 formed beforehand to corrugated form, and its developed dimension is set to a value close to developed dimension of face of adhesion of a cooling pipe 4 and an inner case plate 2. The sheet 5 is stuck by pressure using a press punch 8 on the inner case plate 2 and cooling pipe 4 placed in the order on the press stand 9. By this way, the sheet 5 is stuck along the pipe 4 and plate 2, and a large heat transmitting area can be ensured.
