PURPOSE: To obtain the heat exchanger, simple, suitable for automation and having little pressure loss, by a method wherein a multitude of sheets are laminated so as to form contacting and non-contacing sections between neighboring sheets and flow paths are formed between the non-contacting sections of neighboring sheets.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet 8, on which A and B patterns 9, 10 are printed during one turn of rotors 7, is cut into both A, B patterns by a cutting machine 12 after drying by a drying furnace 11, thereafter, both A, B paterns are laminated sequentially and alternately by a laminating machine 13. Subsequently, aluminum plates 14, 15 are bonded by bonding agent onto the upper and lower surfaces of the laminated block and the block is heated in the heating furnace 17 of 150°C temperature for 15 minutes under pressing by a pressing machine 16, thereafter, bonding is finished by cooling under a pressure. Then, the aluminum plates 14, 15 at the outside of the laminated sheets are extended into arrow sign directions 18, 19 about the side, shown by the arrow sign 20, to join and fix the plates 14, 15 thereby obtaining a heat accumulating and rotary type rotor.
