PURPOSE: To improve the yield of a product by providing an open hole between a flat pipe end of an open hole flat plate for bringing a snaked flat pipe in which a cooling fin has been interposed, to band clamping, and a header, and improving a temperature rise of a header combination part and a gas escape at the time of vacuum brazing.
CONSTITUTION: A corrugated fin 2 is interposed in a linear part of a snaked flat pipe 1, and both the upper and lower faces are brought to band 8 clamping by a flat jig plate 7 on which a gas escape hole 7a has been opened. In that case, a gas escape hole 7b is opened in the vicinity of a fitting hole 3a assembly part of the flat pipe 1 of the flat jig plate 7 and a header 2. In case of brazing this temporary assembly head exchanger by vacuum brazing, a gas escape of the assembly part is improved, and also, a temperature rise of its part is improved, and brazing can be executed exactly. Also, by an even temperature rise a necessary quantity of heat can be reduced.
